Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
If
you did not prepay for your reservation there will not be a
cancellation fee. If you prepaid your booking and you cancel 5 days or
more before your specified pick up time you will receive a full refund
of the total amount. If you have prepaid and cancel your booking less
than 5 days before your specified pick up time we will refund the full
amount of the booking and charge a cancellation fee of £50. If the total
amount is less than the cancellation fee no refund will be given.
If you prepaid your booking and you do not cancel your booking before your specified pick up time we will charge the full amount of the booking. If you have not prepaid your booking and do not cancel there will be no charge.
A: All of our vehicles can be driven on a full standard UK driving licence
A: We can accept no more than 6 points depending on the driving offence
A: between the ages of 25 & 75. Drivers between the age of 21-25 may be accepted pending checks and at our discretion.
A: Full UK driving licence . 2nd proof of address up to 3 months old i.e bank statement, utility Bill, official letter or council tax bill. A printed DVLA Licence summary or check code (NI number will be needed if DVLA code is unattainable)
A: Drivers must have a full UK driving licence for 2 years or more
A: Rental periods Monday to Sunday. Minimum rental period is 24 hours we do not do half days or hourly hire.
A: No sorry, UK only.
A: Our hire is minimum 24 hours the collection times being: Mon-Sat 9am-5:30pm and Sun 9am-5:30pm
A: You can. (Please note the vehicle will remain in your care till we have checked it in when we re-open the following morning)
A: We recommend depending on the amount of rubbish you need to move a FORD TRANSIT CONNECT OR A FORD TRANSIT SWB, Both vehicle will fit under the barrier. You can take bigger vehicles but we have been advised by the local tips that all of our vehicles need to be booked in advance so they know to open the barrier for you. (Please ask your local council if unsure)
A: This can be done a few ways i.e Bank transfer, debit / credit card.
A: Only the driver who signed the rental agreement can drive the vehicle, however please call the office to add a second driver to return it. ( please note there is a extra cost of just £10 for this)

A: Yes, you can have several drivers. an additional cost will be added for extra drivers.
A: Yes, we are open 9am to 5:30pm
A: Yes, we are more the happy for you to leave your vehicle in the yard at your own risk. (in some cases we wil require the vehicles keys if the yard is busy and may need moving).
A: The vehicles illustrated within this website are for guidance only and may be substituted for a suitable alternative/upgrade. We will, however, try and accommodate any request for specific vehicles you ask for.
