Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
If you did not prepay for your reservation there will not be a cancellation fee. If you prepaid your booking and you cancel 5 days or more before your specified pick up time you will receive a full refund of the total amount. If you have prepaid and cancel your booking less than 5 days before your specified pick up time we will refund the full amount of the booking and charge a cancellation fee of £50. If the total amount is less than the cancellation fee no refund will be given.


Will I be charged if I don't show up for my reservation?
If you prepaid your booking and you do not cancel your booking before your specified pick up time we will charge the full amount of the booking. If you have not prepaid your booking and do not cancel there will be no charge.

A: We recommend depending on the amount of rubbish you need to move a FORD TRANSIT CONNECT OR A FORD TRANSIT SWB, Both vehicle will fit under the barrier. You can take bigger vehicles but we have been advised by the local tips that all of our vehicles need to be booked in advance so they know to open the barrier for you. (Please ask your local council if unsure)
